Process
How it works
- 01
Enquiry and test plan
We define methods, test points and timing from the design and use of the building.
- 02
Calibrated equipment
We arrive with instruments prepared for the method being applied.
- 03
On-site testing
Tests are carried out to the standard in our scope, with a field record.
- 04
Processing and evaluation
Results are compared with the design, the standard or the regulation.
- 05
Test report
You receive a report from an accredited laboratory, ready for handover, supervision or inspection.
- 06
Recommendations
If a result fails, we explain why and what needs fixing.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does accreditation mean?
Accreditation is formal confirmation by the Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS) that the laboratory meets ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and is competent for the tests in its scope. Our accreditation number is 01-008.
What is in the scope of accreditation?
Thermo-technical testing of water and air installations, heat exchangers, air permeability of apartments and buildings, heat transmission and thermography, plus physical testing of the working environment, noise, sound insulation and reverberation time. The full list of methods and standards is in the table on this page.
When do I need a report from an accredited laboratory?
Typically for building handover and the occupancy permit, when the client or supervisor needs proof of workmanship, for inspections, and in disputes about construction quality or noise.
Since when is the laboratory accredited?
Initial accreditation: 3 September 2001. The current scope is valid from 28 July 2025 and the accreditation is valid until 15 March 2027.
Where do you work?
Our office and laboratory are in New Belgrade; testing takes place on site at your building. Locations outside Belgrade by arrangement.
